| The project: The owner's of this house had active kids who needed an upgraded space to study, relax and get organized. The basement had been finished previously by a reasonable DIY'er, so we tried to save as much as we could to help the overall budget. We installed custom cabinets, closets, wainscoting, new lighting, paint and carpet as well as opening up an enclosed staircase. | |

| The project: The owner's of this new house had great space in the basement, which had not yet been finished. With several growing children, they wanted two distinct spaces: one for the younger children to play, and the other for a home entertainment center. This project includes custom built-in shelves, and a fun play area "fort" beneath the staircase. | |

| The project: This was a fairly high-end project as basements go. The owner's of this 6 year old custom house wanted to create new formal space for guests and casual entertaining. The project included a real custom brick wall behind the new gas stove; a custom built 12-lite door, new staircase, custom built-in shelves and extensive floor and crown moulding as well as custom milled door casing. | |

| The project: This project was to re-do a finished basement that needed updating. The project included adding walls, new ceiling, new lighting, new carpet, wainscoting, paint, Corian capped custom wet bar area, and new fireplace. | |
